ANOTHER SUCCESS STORY
WE HELP GET ABA PROVIDERS INTO SCHOOLS
ABA Provider Granted Access
"What a difference you guys can make, in a very short time." - Parent
Robert's* mom hired us because her son's school refused to allow the student's private BCBA and RBT to observe the student and provide services in the public school.
The school notified the parent that the ABA providers could access the school within hours of receiving our email that we were investigating the matter.
Florida law requires public schools to permit private ABA providers access to provide services. Federal law requires public schools to accommodate students with disabilities reasonably.

We have successful experience representing parents when public schools unlawfully discriminate against students with disabilities.
*Robert is not his real name. We changed it to protect his confidentiality. But, the story is true!
