Due Process Hearing Counseling*
Nobody likes to start a fight. But, when the school district fails to provide your child with a free appropriate public education you may need Jamison Jessup to accompany you. You have the right to be accompanied and advised by a nonlawyer qualified representative before state agencies. Jamison Jessup has accompanied parents in more than 500 due process hearing cases all while counseling you the rights of students with special needs.
Discipline Manifestation Meetings
Students with disabilities have rights when it comes to public school discipline. Jamison Jessup is experienced in helping students who have been suspended and who are subject to expulsion because of their behavior.
Meet Your Advocate
Jamison Jessup has participated in over 1,700 public school based meetings. His mission is to help parents obtain a quality education for their children with special needs and disabilities.

*DISCLOSURE: Some states allow a nonlawyer, like Mr. Jessup, to represent you in due process hearing proceedings. In Massachusetts, you can be you can be represented by a qualified representative and the administrative law judge must consider the qualifications of a qualified representative on a case-by-case basis. All states allow you to bring a person with special knowledge of the unique needs of children with disabilities. Ask Mr. Jessup for more information about his services in your state.
