You have the right to be accompanied and advised by a nonlawyer qualified representative before state agencies. Jamison Jessup has accompanied parents in more than 500 due process hearing cases all while counseling you the rights of students with special needs.

Students with disabilities have rights when it comes to public school discipline. Jamison Jessup is experienced in helping students who have been suspended and who are subject to expulsion because of their behavior.

*DISCLOSURE: Some states allow a nonlawyer, like Mr. Jessup, to represent you in due process hearing proceedings. In Massachusetts, you can be you can be represented by a qualified representative and the administrative law judge must consider the qualifications of a qualified representative on a case-by-case basis.
