*DISCLOSURE:  Some states allow a nonlawyer, like Mr. Jessup, to represent you in due process hearing proceedings.   In Texas, you can be you can be represented by a qualified representative and the administrative law judge must consider the qualifications of a qualified representative on a case-by-case basis. All states allow you to bring a person with special knowledge of the unique needs of children with disabilities.  Ask Mr. Jessup for more information about his services in your state.
